I rented out my house through Northwood in Luton under their Guaranteed Rental Scheme because I wanted stress free renting as I've had quite a few problems with tenants in the past. I'm so pleased I did. They really do make the whole experience stress free!
They're always friendly, professional, helpful and efficient and go the extra mile to help you out.
I've dealt with a lot of agents but every time I come off the phone from whoever I've spoken to at Northwood I always find myself muttering about how good they are and what a pleasure they are to deal with!
I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely be using them again should our other property in Luton become vacant.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
