We brought our first home through Hancock's, the team are so lovely and very friendly with a 'nothing is too much' approach to all queries. Sam was looking after our case and we had a nightmare with our own solicitors. Sam was so lovely and calm at all times and very helpful. He joined Hancock's in the middle of our purchase and picked this up as though with such ease. Sam is very knowledgeable in his field and I always came off the phone understanding exactly where we were with the progress of the sale. I couldn't recommend this company enough, they put so much time into their customers, treating everyone as a priority not what you would get from any mainstream estate agents.
