Dealing primarily with Nilesh. This man is extremely dishonest, uncaring and greedy.
He lied about placing the deposit in a DPS. He failed to provide a fob to the main entrance of the building to one of the tenants for an entire year.
He is also extremely manipulative and wastes a lot of your time. E.g. pretending he is not in the office when you need him urgently.

I am not on your records because you (illegally) did not put all five tenants on the contract. This was so that you could fit 5 people into a flat legally permitted to house 4 people. It didn't stop you taking and deposits from 5 people though. This is probably also why we had only 4 fobs however you would never admit it and sent us running in circles to camden council to try and obtain a new one, even though they could not issue one - only the landlord could. You are a criminal estate agent and your past will catch up with you. Jun 02, 2020
Dear StepanHaving seen your review posted in Oct 2019. Our records show you have never been a tenant of ours nor have we have had any dealings with you.
All our tenants transfer their security deposit directly to DPS and they receive confirmation of this. This is a process we for the past 4 years therefore your statement is not only inaccurate but false.
Secondly, a full set of keys are tested and released to all our tenants. We obtain a signed document from our tenants confirming all keys have been released. This is another process which we have been using for the past 5 years.

Had many problems with this agency. Initially we received a great service and good communication. However once we'd paid all our money and started renting, they stopped replying emails and rented the flat in an unusable state. The flat was filthy on the move in date and the cleaners were still there when we were supposed to be living in the property.
