We were tenants through Lettings R Us for 18 months on a property in Frome. They responded quickly to issues with the house. They support us and gave a calm and fair hearing to the issues we had with our difficult landlord. We've had many bad lettings agents in the past but we can honestly say that Lettings R Us, especially Susan and Richard, have been excellent, thank you.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
