Extremely unprofessional, won't answer the phone or return calls, keep saying things will be done 'tomorrow' and never get done. Luckily we were buying from them so didn't need to pay them. Consistently poor so at least they were consistent with something.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication Reasonable admin and inspection fees Not take photographs on inspection Do not ask inappropriate questions about how often you clean the property when the property is clearly in excellent condition. Chase landlords when fixtures are broken and remnants are willing to replace items at own cost. Resolve damp issues and chase landlord when no response has been gained especially when there is a newborn baby in the property.
