Do NOT let with this company ! The worse customer service I have ever received, they're only quick at answering emails when they want money. Moreover I am still waiting for my DEPOSIT back as my contract ended more than 2 MONTHS AGO !

Nice once they get money! I'm sorry to hear that you've not been happy with the service we have provided while you've lived with us. Having spoken to the maintenance team and referred to their reporting system, our records do show that the washing machine has been fixed. If there is anything else in the house that is broken, please report this to us so we can send an operative ASAP.
