Bought a new build through Davis Tate Didcot, who were very helpful through the whole process, David excelled in finding answers to our questions and always came back promptly and returned phone calls. Nothing was too much effort for him and he never tired of letting us go to view the property whilst the sale was going through.
David and his team made the move go smoothly and I would have no hesitation in recommending Davis Tate to anyone, I am sure they are as good at selling and renting out properties as purchasing.
Had a lovely bouquet and a bottle of wine when we moved into our house too!

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
