Literally the worst service I have ever received.
Flat wasn't up to par when we moved in but we just went ahead as it was minor issues like light fixtures and we could easily fix those ourselves. Then, every possible sign told us we'd made the wrong decision.
There was a leak from our shower floor that leaked through to the flat below and meant we couldn't use the shower- This took over 8 weeks to fix.
Our fridge-freezer broke and when we rang the emergency line for a replacement they shrugged us off saying it wasnt an emergency. This wasnt fixed for 5-6 weeks and we were left without a fridge freezer. They ordered the wrong one despite being explicitly clear which model our fridge was, therefore, we had to wait for a new one. They finally got another fridge for us, it was delivered and we thought all was fine until we realised that they'd got it wrong AGAIN, and its was a fridge rather than a fridge freezer.
At no point during this process was there any effort to get a temp replacement out to us or an explanation of when things would be fixed.
Overall, a general lack of communication from our property manager and touchstone made the process a lot more difficult.
They've not replied to our formal complaint letter and email so I've had to resort to this. If you value your time please do not use this letting agents.
