First time ever i had to deal with Franklyn James as they advertised the property for sales which i viewed and put the offer. For my unfortunate experience i had to deal with Jamie from the sale department. When i phoned to check that he received the email with my offer (filled in email form) which was slightly below the asking price, he told me there and then that i have no chance in getting this property as there are other people who will also going to put the offer for this property, but told me that he will send my offer to the seller. 2 days later I was checking Zoopla and saw that the property is marked UNDER OFFER. I never received an email or even a phone call to let me know that my offer has been rejected. So basically i was left in the unknown, I don't even know if my offer even reached the seller to be honest, due to the attitude i was given on the phone (when i phoned to make sure he received the email with my offer). Utterly unprofessional and rude person. I would never want to deal with this company ever again (to buy or to sell my properties) if they accept this kind of behaviour of their stuff towards the potential customers nor i would ever recommend it to anyone.

To confirm, upon receipt of your offer, I informed you that there was another offer in place and the amount you offered was not going to be considered by the vendor as it was lower than his expectations.
After discussing your offer with the vendor, we had a telephone conversation where I confirmed your offer was not accepted.
We did not receive a revised offer from yourself and as such, the vendor accepted the alternative offer hence why the property was marked as under offer on the web portals. You was aware from the outset that there was a higher offer in place.
If you feel that this was not handled correctly then please accept our apologies however, I was upfront with you from the start which cannot be denied.
