I have had a nightmare with these people. They're unorganised, unprofessional, I always have to chase them up and they take months to take ANY action on anything. I only dealt with them for 1 year but that was enough. They are taking my deposit from me when I left my flat in a clean, tidy state - particularly compared to the state of the flat when I moved in. They have taken it as an opportunity to renovate the place and are using my money to do so. Between them and the landlord, the situation has been very corrupt and not a fair process.

Just don't deal with them - I have taken my time to write this review for the benefit of everyone else out there who may think they're a good agency. Look elsewhere, you'll save yourself SO much stress!

I am surprised to see this review, we have sent you detailed evidence of photographs and a breakdown of the claims which we understand you will be disputing with the deposit protection scheme. It hasn't taken months to action anything and I suggest your comments are as a result of the claim being made on your deposit.
Without going into the specific detail if you remove, break or damage items then you will be charged for their replacement, when you return appliances damaged and unclean you will be charged for the cleaning or repair. All claims and costs are clearly itemised and evidence to support the claim has been provided to you and will be provided to the DPS.
This is all made clear in your tenancy agreement and the condition of everything at the start and end of your tenancy is professionally and independently recorded and checked. It is our professionalism and organisation that has made sure of this. Your review is not based on fact or service but is actually a demonstration of your frustration, avoiding this situation was entirely in your hands during your tenancy and should have been addressed before the end of your tenancy.
The independent arbitration service will fairly review this and make a decision to which we and your landlord have agreed.
