We were selling our Exmouth flat through Bradleys' Exmouth office and all was going well until the potential buyer, after a number of weeks of silence, declared that she had to withdraw due to personal circumstances. The flat was then remarketed using a different advertising approach offered by Lisa, the branch manager, and was quickly again under offer.
The problems then began with countless questions from the buyer – all swiftly and sensibly answered by us – with Lisa in particular helping to smooth the path to contract signature. That was eventually achieved to the satisfaction of all so our thanks must go to Lisa, Fiona and others in the Exmouth team for a pleasing final outcome. Bradleys of Exmouth is unconditionally recommended.
