Do not touch with a barge pole!!!
No matter how clean/undamaged you leave your bedroom/communal area after staying with Westmanor Student Living, they will go to any length to seize your deposit money and some! After months of tedious emailing back and forth I discovered that the company had broken the terms of their own tenancy agreement which thankfully enabled me to win my deposit back. As a profit-motivated business these guys are incredible! It is easy to understand why landlords choose to operate through them due to the substantial degree of profit they must receive when the deposits of several students are seized (many of whom do not deserve such treatment but struggle to argue their case - my law degree helped me out big time haha). As a company I could not speak more poorly of Westmanor Student Living following my experience. I urge you not to make the same mistake I did in choosing to rent with this company. If you currently are renting with these criminals and they do attempt to seize your deposit, then it is most likely worth calling their bluff unless you have genuinely done wrong (take photos of literally everything, and I mean everything, upon moving in)! I sincerely hope this company either gets their act together through deciding to genuinely look after their students or simply just liquidates.
There are many better companies out there to rent with and I hope this review has highlighted this!
And to the Westmanor representative who responds to reviews on this page, I ask you not to bother with this one. I'm relishing the opportunity to put this experience behind me. :)

I have been over all the maintenance from your flat since October 2020. You initially reported the shower not working on 14.10.20 and maintenance attended and resolved. Dear Shainaz, Thank you very much for your review. Although we admit that you have had a couple of issues during your tenancy, we do feel that some of your comments are very unreasonable. When you moved into your flat, you informed us that the bath was dirty and there was a razor down the toilet. A member of staff from Westmanor shortly went out to wipe over the bath (the 'dirt' was actually cleaning product which had been left by the professional cleaner) and remove the razor.
