This review is regarding a commercial let in which I relied upon Seddon's to do the job of obtaining a leasehold and to follow up those things which prevented me from signing on the dotted line.
The fact of the matter with Seddons in that they believe that when a potential tenant walks into their shops they have no real committment to you the client is grossly unfair and which gives them the opportunity to literally turn the lights out on your dreams and aspirations for find a new home or in my case moving into a start up business.
The attitude of Seddons is truly a huge let down and highly questionable while even one of the Seddon partners doesn't initiate resolve but pulls the carpet from under your feet through a phone call that was made rather than be honest and play fair with responding by letter.
This Company is not the hairy ,fairy Business they would prefer to be seen as ,they certainly take offense to being criticized when they aren't getting the job done.
And it all appears to be a bit snobby and an exclusive money making club that doesn't include people who don't own thier own homes and are just ordinary in thier own way

I believe that we deal with the sale of 'homes' rather than properties. We do our best to showcase all of our client's homes, which of course is only the first part of the process. As your parents had been there for almost 40 years, the conveyance was not the most straight forward and we did our best to keep in close communication with all of those involved in the transaction.
