These are simply the worst estate agents I have ever used (rented for around 6 years across 3 properties).
Mr and my family love the house we are living in and hope to buy it in the near future.
My frustrations come from the lack of communication when agreed terms are over. After the initial 12 month agreement we were put into a rolling contract. I asked for this to be discussed multiple times with no answer. They "send" out important letters that are not recorded that do not arrive. There are no courtesy phone calls or emails.
Secondly the attitude of the employees (including the owners son) are atrocious. Extremely self absorbed with no people skills.
I would never rent or buy from these people and would tell anyone who asked to stay well clear.
