Abbeydale Hall is gated development in a highly desirable location, unlike many apartments in Sheffield, it has spacious grounds and gardens, which we pride ourselves on keeping well maintained. Our apartments are kept to a high standard, prior to any tenant moving in we complete of full inventory of items in the property and ensure that any maintenance is completed. We use a third-party deposit protection scheme and at the end of the tenancy a final inventory is completed, monies will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning and damages to the property.
Credit checks are completed on all prospective tenants, we use this to gain information on their previous financial history. If we have any concerns regarding an ability to keep up with payments, we may offer the tenancy on altered terms or request advance payments.
We have over 40 apartments in the Abbeydale Hall development, so it is not unexpected that you will hear other tenants coming and going from their residence. However, we have never had any issues previously with excessive noise. Any legitimate complaints that we receive regarding noise or nuisance will be investigated by our dedicated staff and all efforts will be made to resolve any genuine concerns.
Due to the popularity of our apartments, there is often a very short turn over time between the old tenant leaving and new tenants arriving, at the end of the tenancy once keys have been returned, we complete a final inventory and ensure that the property is deep cleaned. We use outside contractors for the cleaning of our properties, any issues with their service will be taken up with the company.

Our Property Manager has represented us for many years and is an asset to the company. We strongly reject claims that any correspondence from him contains abusive or threatening language. He is an experienced member of the team at Ascent Lettings, we have no concerns regarding his conduct or ability to resolve complains in a suitable and professional manner.
