SABRINA PIKE - Agent who I dealt with.
We were charged to have cleaners come to the property after we had left for "placing furniture back in its place". The details of this were two very light dining room chairs that had been stacked on top of each other, one upside down on another in order for the floor to be cleaned properly. They were right next to the dining table.
The company needed someone to come out to slide them back under the table. The fridge had also been pulled forward about a meter in order for the behind of it to be cleaned. Again, we were charged for this to be slid back. It was not heavy.
My partner and I, who was 8 months pregnant, honestly could not believe the report when we saw it and could not believe we were being charged for something so pathetic. They even took a photo of the chairs which were right next to the dining table. Just sliding them under the table would have been easier than taking a photo and writing it on the report.
This company and especially the agent, Sabrina Pike are very pathetic. We feel we have been charged very unreasonably after having spent a very long time cleaning the property.

The same thing happened to us with this Agency in 2014. We moved from London and rented house in Penarth and were massively ripped when we finished our tenancy. The house was falling apart literally but we ignored the faults because we were only there temporarily. They charged us for removing a ‘pebble left in cupboard’ My blood boils to this day whenever I walk past ACJ. A REALLY NASTY COMPANY.. Oct 07, 2019
Dear James, I am sorry that you have felt the need to leave a negative review.
My email to you on 27th September acknowledged your frustrations with the comments on the report and, confirmed that you were not being charged for putting those items of furniture back in place despite, the terms of your Tenancy Agreement. The charges were for the cleaning issues only.
I would like to ask that you reply to my latest emails so, we can bring the deposit case to a close for you.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Informed me beforehand that my viewing was directly after someone else's, so that I could pick a different property instead. 2) Apologised for the inconvenience and offered to show me a different property that was on their books. 3) Not double booked me in the first place.Attached Filesnbsp;
