We received regular emails with suggested properties matching our criteria, of which our eventual property was one. Leaders were very helpful in arranging a viewing of the property the same day which is not normally possible due to the 24 hour notice etc, but they managed to schedule us in for the same evening which was greatly appreciated. Due to our work schedules and time constraints, arranging viewings with other agents had been troublesome but this was not the case with Leaders.
After viewing the property and deciding to submit our application, the efficiency in processing this for us was excellent. Our initial payments were processed immediately and we were kept updated on the progress of things at regular intervals, very reassuring after we had previous experience of an application with another agent that was handled particularly poorly in my opinion. The completion of paperwork was straightforward and we moved into our property as scheduled which we were very pleased with.
We have also had regular dealings with the Property Management division after highlighting a couple of "teething problems" once we had moved in. The nature of these were quite urgent and Leaders organised for maintenance to be carried out either the same day or the next which we were very happy with.
Overall I would certainly recommend Leaders to a friend, in particular someone letting for the first time as in our case as they make the process very simple and straightforward. We are never afraid to pick up the phone and call them even for something that might be seemingly trivial as they are very helpful and prompt in their responses.
