No deposit protection scheme.
I've only just resolved a year long legal dispute with the landlord represented by this agency. They were less than helpful during my tenancy, the property was badly in need of repairs, the water pressure was minimal with the shower being a trickle. The agency would ignore my requests for assistance, palming me off at every opportunity.
They did NOT protect my deposit and when challenged they ignored all my calls and emails. I took my landlord to court and have just won a lengthy legal battle, and have registered this agency against the Mayor of London rogue agency register.
I suspect they write their own reviews to try and raise their profile, their service is abysmal as these reviews reflect.
Please avoid and do not give them your money.

As a representative from Moving On it's dissapointing to read negative anoynomous reviews where accusers can leave unverifiable comments with no potential for us to take legal action if false or misleading in nature, has this website been provided with any legal evidence that these events occurred??? For all we know these comments could be left by rival agencies or tenants who have been penalised deposit for causing damage etc and who would like to seek some form of revenge by smearing our good ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
