Good experience overall. The responsible agent was always available, friendly, and made strong efforts to help with various issues. We had lots of technical issues with the online platform that was used for referecing (Goodlord), so I would suggest Kallars reconsidering their choice in this respect. However, the issues we had with the platform were not the agencies' fault.
