Astonished and appalled at the introduction polocies , rude intrusive manner of the agent over the phone. Personal information was overboard in relation to the situation. Having dealt with agents for years I am absolutely certain these are off my list .
I have been both a landlord and a tenant in the past,; there is a mutual relationship which requires a level of respect and trust.
Unfortunately these guys fail at the first post.
