My partner owned a house in Exmouth that she was letting out but we decided to sell. We choose Link Estate Agents in Exmouth because of the really good reviews online. We dealt initially (and mainly) with Glenda but also with Ryan, Laura, Julie and Mark.
All staff were courteous and professional. They were sensitive to the right of privacy the tenants held and arranged photos/viewings with that in mind. When the tenants vacated, they re-photographed the property. We were notified about all viewings and feedback. If a particular member of the team wasn't available when I called, the person I did speak to was typically up to speed on the situation so could have a meaningful discussion.
We live in central Somerset so never actually met the team in person. This also meant it was unfeasible for us to perform a 150-mile round trip for meter reads and the like. Links handled that for us.
Links were happy to honour our instruction to deal with me first and foremost despite it being my partner's property. This is because my partner is unavailable throughout the day. This worked a dream. In this day and age I find many organisations can't seem to get simple things like this right.
I would recommend Links for the sale of your property.
