Although a little more expensive than other estate agents, we went with Park Row after the initial chat with Carl, his passion for the company really showed and I'm glad we used them. The photographs were excellent and showed the house off beautiful, he took time and patience so he could get the best out of all the rooms. Within 10mins of going live on Rightmove we had our first viewing, after that we had other viewings and sold the house within 3weeks. All the girls have been friendly but I have mainly corresponded with Amanda, who has the same enthusiasm and passion to get the best price, nothing has been too much and if she is busy she always gets back to us, she is a lovely lady and has stayed in touch very regular about the sale and also negotiated on our purchase, which took that hassel from us. The other brilliant thing to point out is Park Row are opened every day till late and also Saturdays and Sundays, which we have found so less stressful than having to wait days to get back to us.

It’s really great to get a review for yourself & Damien, this is the third property that you’ve sold with Park Row and there must be a reason why you always return to us.
We know we’re not the cheapest Agent out there but as you know, you get what you pay for!

There’s nothing better that a repeat client, we appreciate your business and look forward to helping you again in the future.
Many Estate Agents deliberately over value to win the property onto the market (as the agent can receive a ‘listing bonus.’

Some agents talk a very good game but once the contract is signed and they’ve got the listing, their promises often don’t materialize.
We’ve built our company on recommendation and it’s one of the reasons we continue to win the ‘Best Estate Agent Awards’ year after year.
