Out daughter moved into a property in Wolverhampton. Within a couple of days it was very apparent that there was a rat infestation outside and within the wall cavity Other tenants had already complained about this but nothing had been done.
Eventually pest control were contacted, confirmed the problems and came and put poison down.
Following this my daughters room began to smell, we can only presume that a rat had expired in the wall cavity, she told the agents who ignored her complaint. Approximately a week later her room had maggots crawling in the carpet. (We have video evidence of this) Again the agency ignored her request for help. They entered the property without permission and without prior notice and took pictures of our daughters personal effects which we still don’t understand. They have refused to acknowledge the problem even though we have had to move our daughter out.
They have refused to release her from the contract so now we are paying for an empty inhabitable room. The agency have been very unreasonable, threatening and totally unprofessional. My husband has requested their official complaints procedure and has been ignored. This has been a very unpleasant experience which I would definitely not wish upon anyone else.

I understand that one of the tenants at the property, not yourself, reported an issue with the boiler not working on our out of hours telephone number on Sunday 14th April. A Gas Safe engineer attended to and resolved the issue with the boiler on Monday 15th April. As you know, we do operate an out of hours service between 5.30 pm and 9.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 9.00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
We have not received a request for an additional fridge for the property, ...
