Without doubt, the Property Management division deserves the rating of Terrible. They cant be bothered to respond to any correspondence , they simply robot-like, keep issuing the same mindless invoices which do not add up. I have written asking for explanations for inexplicable service charge bills. They treat landlords with contempt, and this attitude prevails all the way up to the top. Even their most senior people will not stoop to offer clarifications.
