Absolutely abhorrent property management team - irrespective of who you speak to. Trying to receive our deposit back due to the cap on Tenants Act 2019 and NONE of the staff can confirm the date or the actual process - I've done that for the one girl confirming date of tenancy signed by all parties (its docusign so one would think digitals far easier to check and confirm). I'm owed in excess of £1000 which should have been paid to my partner and I 1 week ago - nothing. Asked for the companies complaint procedure for 4 days straight - issue only escalated when threatened with legal action. I have contacted local newspapers too as folks in the area should not have to suffer the whole company's inconvenience incompetence. And to think they're only declaring a £12k profit for the year -get real HMRC wheres all those over paid deposits for tenants who have pets. Shame really as our landlord is lovely -these guys however are cowboys.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
