Aweful experience. Would never rent a property with touchstone nor recommend them. Communication is appalling. Dealt with 3 different people in a year. False information was given. Emails ignored. Took over 6 months for one thing to be fixed even though they knew it was actually dangerous. Very poor customer service. Rare to get a reply or for a call to be answered
