Wish I could give zero stars. I told Pattinsons that I needed to move into a property by a certain date, I went to view a property and they said I would definitely be able to move in by my date. They kept forgetting to tell me about forms that my partner and I had to fill in, and were extremely awkward and rude with my guarantor. It turns out they were doing stall tactics because the flat needed work doing on it which they didn't tell me about. I was informed two days before I was supposed to move of this, when I had started to sign forms etc for the flat three weeks prior to this. They wouldn't give me a move in date and kept dodging all my questions. It took my partner ringing them up and waiting for an hour to speak to a manager before they eventually told the truth that the flat wouldn't be ready for a few more months. None of the agents knew what was going on, my notes weren't kept up to date and the woman I was dealing with conveniently was 'on holiday' when I needed to ask questions about when the flat would be ready. Just an absolute waste of time. Don't use Pattinson's because they will lie to you and treat you like an idiot, there are so many other better estate agents in Newcastle.
