I had a good feeling about giving our property to Danny and his team to sell given how on the ball & professional they all seemed.
I didn't need to have many dealings with or meet too many members of the team, as Danny had our home under offer within the first week of marketing & the second time of viewing the property.. in this market - very impressive I must say!
Given our circumstance as sellers this is exactly what we needed & Danny came across as a breath of fresh air from day one.
Further down the line as the sale progressed some would see Danny's approach as slightly 'pushy' for want of a kinder word, but I do feel he only ever acted in this way where necessary to move things forward in the direction that we all needed achieving the end result of music to my ears; completion.
Pleasure to use this company who took the bull by the horns from day one & got the job done!
Would certainly use them again or recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
