Dear Deborah, thank you for taking the time to write a review, all feedback enables us to improve our service, something that we take very seriously. It appears by the vast notes on our computer system that it has taken some time due to having to get quotes for the repairs. The 'checkout fee' was part of the original tenancy agreement, regardless of who gave the notice and something you were aware of, albeit may have forgotten about.
