Utterly abysmal service to tenants. Having been paid to provide a clean flat, no noticable cleaning had been done. Filth and mould all over the flat, dirty curtains and years of dust and dirt over windows, curtain rails, doors, skirting boards, light fittings etc. Having arranged for cleaners to come back in, two turned up and asked what was needed, sniggered and left without explanation. If you rent through these cowboys be prepared to move into a cess pit.
