My partner rented through surelet Hemel Hempstead . Where should I start .... very apparent the company from the director Nimesh going down to Rebecca have no clue whatsoever .
The customer service is non apparent and have no understanding in the basic understanding of lettings
Knowing the industry to which the company should adhere to, the basic code of conduct they fail miserably and I can say shocking. I hope the industry is fully regulated to ensure this company change their ways , learn the basics both in customer service, likewise not trying to rip clients off as well as learning the basics in lettings likewise management

Trying to charge check out fees despite not even doing a check in . Note check out the tenant was even told to attend and simply informed to drop a key to the office
