Trevor came to value my property on 06/09. I have telephoned 3 times asking him to call me or provide a valuation. After 11 days and no return calls I have decided I will not be using this estate agent. Please do not bother contacting them.

Shocking service!
They do not accept AIP from any bank!
They say I need to provide an AIP which has had a hard credit check (which NO bank does).
Bairstows only use this tactic to get us to use their lender!
