Karen Potter would win any estate agent of the year contest! Karen Potter helped us through the tortuous process of selling our house with professionalism, a keen eye for detail and a gentle hand. She and the team at Karen Potters were absolutely brilliant in guiding us to the right asking price, organising for locks to be fixed (we live 200 miles away) and generally being there for us. They were efficient and knowledgeable, but also friendly and approachable. We received detailed feedback after every single viewing, and were given well informed advice when we needed it. Karen Potter herself made a point of phoning if there was anything particularly notable to discuss. When we lost our first buyer, Karen Potter found us another within half an hour! She and the team have an in depth knowledge of the housing market, and their support in steering us through to completion made the whole process much easier than it could have been. We are immensely grateful!
