Overall this was a very efficient service from start to finish. Thank you to all concerned.
Thank you to Ben for making the necessary arrangements for valuation and marketing purposes and for overseeing the whole process. The initial documentation was very prompt.
We were kept informed of all developments and any negotiations during the process were handled promptly.
The initial wave of viewing appointments from a number of different 'main office' staff was confusing and with being out of the country it made it hard to keep abreast of what was happening. This needed clarification and feedback from viewings needed to be sought on one occasion.
Once the buyer had been found all other administration and communication was efficiently dealt with. Special note should be made of Veda in the Blackburn office who grasped the difficulty of us being out of the country and her professional, yet personable, approach was very much appreciated.
Her subtle humour took a lot of the stress away from the situation and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Clearly very experienced and knowledgeable on all fronts.
Well done for also for getting the full asking price!
