We have been renting for over 15 years are they are by far the worse estate agents. I would never ever use them again. They send confidential information without your consent to wrong email addresses even after telling them your correct details several times. They send you other peoples inventories not yours. They do not post things they say they have. They ignore emails and questions. They do not refund money at end of tenancy when they say they have. Maria has never once been polite when she has called us. Since Ian left there is no one there that is helpful. They sent the landlord wrong information, they compared wrong inventories and have been awful to deal with. They rent properties without them being in a rentable condition, no heating, no working fire, no doorbell, urine up walls and on floors, promise money for repairs and don't reimburse you. I have a very long list of issues. Use another estate agent as they do not have any good staff any more.
