Initially the service was poor as Village Estates did not properly understand the Stamp Duty laws in relation to first time buyers - this caused confusion with the seller.
Following the resolution of this, Serena was particularly helpful and kept progressing the sale, plus kept us up to date of the next steps. Disappointingly, at the point of exchange, one of her colleagues Liz stepped in and added two days of unnecessary delays to proceedings which pushed the exchange back. Once the case was returned to Serena, things were resolved swiftly which was good.
