It has been year since I dealt with Thorgills Agency. I cannot even express myself how dreadful experience it was. When I met with agent to see flat, he insisted to sign contract for minimum five years which I refused.
It was not possible to have one year contract or rolling one. At the end agent insisted with his cheeky smile on minimum three year contract.
As soon as you agree on offer they will ask you to sing document to transfer
£ 1000 deposit which is one of biggest mistake you can do.
From this moment you will be pushed like never before. They will phone you million times not respecting fact you actually have work to do.
At the end I decided to withdraw my application with agency for their unrespect, unprofessional, arrogant behaviour . I have been informed there will be charge of £ 700 FOR SIMPLE REFUSAL.
Even after numerous amounts of phone calls, emails, negotiations they will CHARGE YOU!!!
I was willing to give them £ 350 to pay their big egos but I was CHARGED £ 700.
I would never recommend this agency since they do not care about their customers, they do not have any empathy towards their customers, they simply ignored fact that I was not comfortable to be tide up for three years with them.
I cant believe someone would charge their customers £ 700 just because I do not want to carry on with them ! Nowadays, people fight for fee of £ 20 if they must pay.

DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE to go with Thorgills.
