Helen Boyd of Allen & Harris confirmed an appointment, via email, to visit and value and talk me through their services. After the appointment time, I mailed her askling why she didn't show and why she didn't mail me to say she was no longer coming. She claimed the appoimtment was transfered to a Colleague - and it was his fault that they did not show. What a shower.

Comment on agent fees
Exorbitant fees and very unfair. We have asked to surrender our tenancy, and we vacated the property two weeks earlier that our contract termination date. We found the new tenants through Spareroom and they moved in the property two days later. They asked us to pay an early termination fee of 354 pounds (with VAT) for these two weeks and for the fact that we did their job again finding tenants, the agent not even attending the viewing.
