My wife and I were looking for a new family home, as we had a little 2 1/2 year old and a new baby on the way in January. We had been looking for houses in different locations such as Harlow, Collier Row and Loughton with different estate agents. Amongst our shortlist of properties appeared this 3 bedroom house in Ongar from Balgores Hayes which we thought we would give a shot.
We had the pleasure of meeting Billy late on a Saturday afternoon, and were pleased with both the size and features of the property, as well as the service and attention we received from Billy. He was polite, informative, not overly pushy and had good knowledge of the area.
We did put the offer in that afternoon, and first thing Monday morning we were advised it had been accepted. Throughout the whole process he kept myself, the seller and both solicitors in the loop to ensure everything was going smoothly and always made time to call me back if I ever did have questions. Something else that was reassuring was when we did register with our chosen solicitor (Capstick Dale in Gidea Park) when I told them who we were dealing with, they replied with "Oh Yeah, we know Billy, we have worked with him many times before" which was very reassuring.
Sale seemed to go smoothly, all questions were addressed and when it did finally come time to complete, Billy waited until I finished work 7pm outside of his usual hours to present us with our keys at the property.
Outstanding service, a lot of care given to us and now we are excited to begin our new lives in Ongar.
