This company is useless. Not only did they not uphold the terms of tenancy, they were lazy, condescending and rude, avoiding me when things inevitably went wrong which simply made things worse. they could be efficient when they wanted to (i.e. taking my money) but even moving in (to a dirty property where none of the promised services worked ) was a problem. Avoid avoid avoid.
