On the first day of my tenancy, i realized the apartment was off supply and had to wait 3 extra days before i finally settled into the apartment. Before agreeing to take the apartment, I requested certain things be changed which included rugs in the bedrooms but to my amazement this was not done, bear in mind the professional cleaning was done when the apartment was off supply so the rugs were filthy. Every issue i raised regarding it was not attended to until they wanted me to extend my tenancy. The time i spent in the apartment they managed was marked by unresolved maintenance issues.
The greatest ordeal with them however, was at the end of my tenancy and i requested for my deposit. The whole back and forth process became rather frustrating, the property manager saying one thing and turning around to deny it wasn't the case before I resolved to copy others in my communications. When i expressed my opinion about the way it was being handled i got an email from the property manager literally referring to my opinion as 'nonsense', a response i took exception to yet it was defended by a senior manager within the agency.
Even after i provided all the documents required for my deposit return, they ensured my deposit return was delayed as much as they could citing my contract terms to pay a fee for faster return when i know for a fact they have returned deposit to someone else within 72 hours without having paid such fees.
Overall a very bad experience i would advise anyone to avoid dealing with them.
