Hello! I lived under these landlords from July '18 to June '19 and it actually started out fine, they listened to our maintenance complaints, however there were very few. During the last 2 months, that's when everything went wrong. We had long-term issues with the boiler that they refused to replace even though it was not completely after all of the many attempts to fix it. During this time we had other maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with including a detached curtain rail and lighting fixture and a woodlice infestation. All were ignored, we were being told that they would book a maintenance appointment to have the issues fixed but they never were. In the Wattsapp group chat me and my housemates shared with Loc8me, it seemed they were more concerned with promoting their 'Free Pizza events' and promoting offers on nightclub tickets, rather than spending their time solving the problems of their tenants that pay them to do so. They are utterly useless and incompetent.
The house which I lived in under Loc8me Lincoln is no longer being let out by them, as multiple properties were transferred to a new student letting agency that can actually do their job.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually fix the problems with the house we report to them. Stop spending their money to hold 'Free Pizza Events' and direct it towards more useful pursuits like replacing boilers that have produced no hot water in two months.Attached Filesnbsp;

Fine. Not unreasonable and cheap as far as student lettings often go.

The property i rented was 2 Foss Bank, although that property is no longer managed by Loc8me. If this helps though, i am aware that many people who lived in properties managed by Loc8me during the same period as myself and were living in the West End area of Lincoln all had similar experiences to me.
