Purchased a house where Village were the sellers estate agents.
I can't fault the service provided, especially from the Sales progression agent Liz Payne who made sure solicitors were cajoled and corralled into action and kept things moving.
My only comment would be that there was some miscommunication which meant that the offer i made on the property was not marked in my file as being chain free, despite this being a condition of my offer. This resulted in a chain being formed above this purchase. Fortunately, however, this ultimately did not result in any delays.
Overall however, a pleasure to deal with throughout.
