Horrendous - save your precious time and money and use another agent. Never in my 15 years of renting have I experienced such awful management and customer service. Connells allowed me to move me and my young children into a house with broken doors, broken unsafe staircasing, blocked drains and kitchen white goods which didn’t even work. We moved in 3 weeks ago and they have not fixed anything to date. Each person just passes the buc and fobs you off. Absolutely disgusting.
