Touchstone’s service was just the worst. First, we did not get any notice, that Touchstone took over our apartment. Several times, people suddenly entered the flat with keys, by order of Touchstone, to check some water and fire restrictions. Again, without upfront notice. It took months to get the fire alarm fixed. Any statements and confirmations made via phone were not held; they hardly answered to emails. The whole move-out was a disaster, nobody was there for the arranged check-out. Finally, we discovered that the agency did not even have an HMO licence to rent this particular property. If I could, I would give it no star at all.
