I run a couple of businesses and I am a great believer in promoting companies that have excelled in expectations and service.
My experience with Sheree from Yopa has far exceeded my initial expectations.
When I bought my previous property I was dealing with a traditional estate agent, started off well but as soon as my offer was accepted the service dropped to near non existent, I had to constantly contact them multiple times with promises of calling me back which never happen.
In complete contrast, the service from Yopa has and continues to be excellent, currently in the middle of completing my purchase. Sheree was like all others very reactive at the start, nothing too much trouble and I was expecting the same as before the level of service to drop off once the offer was accepted. Happy to report this has not happened, since the offer was accepted. And to be honest I have probably contacted more than the norm since offer acceptance, asking to view property again with family and again with friends, asking lots of questions with a lot of replies needed to come from the owner, arranging access for the mortgage company survey and again for my own personal full survey. Always answering phone or texting that shes currently in a viewing and will call back, always updating me whilst waiting on answers to questions.
I suppose the best review I could give is to say I will be using Yopa to sell my home in the future and my only gripe would be any agents I deal with in the future from other estate agents when trying to buy my next property probably won't be getting a 5 star review because the bar has been set too high now. I will be recomending yopa to family and friends.

This person is hitting out at Yopa and myself due to a buyer of her property reducing their offer, following a survey which showed some major problems with the property, and would have cost a lot of money to rectify. It's a shame that some people write untruthful and inaccurate reviews due to situations that are not the companies or agents fault.
