Disgustingly ran house, refused to fix anything, charged considerably more than advertised, desperate to hold onto deposit. Had no WiFi for the first months when we moved in. The washing machine has been broken for months with no sign off being fixed despite complaining many many times. House in poor condition. Everything so cheap it simply breaks or doesn’t work. Have to work directly through estate agents as they don’t give out the landlords number but the estate agent Ryan has absolutely no ability to run the house. He looks like he’s come straight from uni to this job and it appears has absolutely no training whatsoever. Even sorting the house was a nightmare, had to tell the woman on the phone how to open a zipped attachment. Absolutely shocking.

With regards to your deposit, YPP don't actually hold this. All deposits are registered with the DPS. And your deposit cannot be released until your tenancy officially ends.
