I instructed Haart (Bury St Edmunds), to sell our house after being involved with a separate purchase the previous year with Haart being the selling agent. I was markedly impressed with the manner in how it was dealt, notably by Elliot (Sales Manager), which influenced me to market our house sale with them.
Elliot's approach was how i would expect an agent to manage a house sale, with tenacity, professionalism and reassuringly, competence.
These charecteristics carried through the team, with Justine vivaciously valuing and keeping in intouch to Melanie meticulously managing, while Elliots negotiating skills reached a sucessful conclusion in achieving the asking price.
I was kept informed on viewing feedback in a timely manner without having to chase and they were always proactive in updating me on new instructions suited to my search requirements, continuing to do so even after completion of the sale.
In my experience with other agents in the area, some would do well to employ the same level of customer service and organisation that Melanie and her team provide, moreover, i would not hesitate in recommending their services.
