This is the first time i rent through My London Home. I was looking for a one bedroom apartment in September and i contacted more than 25 agents in London. To be honest, My London Home team, in particular Daniel Quicke, kept calling me and made sure i find an apartment. He was one of the very few agents who were in touch with me on a daily basis until he found me one. I made up my mind about the apartment during the weekend, and Daniel was there to reply to my email even during his weekend and passed my offer to the landlord. It feels good to know that the rental company takes your request seriously and that you don't have to call them again to remind them that you are still looking.

Later the paperwork and referencing was handed over to Hannah Taylor. I have to say this woman is great and was very patient with me and my constant calls and questions about the reference and paperwork. She replied to my emails and calls instantly and answered every question i had. My application with the reference company was pending for a long time, and during that time, Hannah made sure she helps me with all the requirements. She was even helpful with the my requests for the amendments. I am very happy that Hannah Taylor is managing the property and dealing with my many enquires! Thank you My London Home for the great service and great team!

Dear Katherine, I am sorry you feel the experience you had with MyLondonHome was not satisfactory. The UK legal system not only allows offers to be put forward to the vendor after the vendor has accepted an offer; it is actually a legal requirement. If we were to have failed to inform the vendor of the higher offer, not only would that have been completely unethical it would have also been illegal. Complaints Procedure

At MyLondonHome we are committed to providing a superior service for all of our clients and customers. Managing a large portfolio of properties, and coordinating the sales of many more properties does come with its challenges and we are proud of the way we conduct our daily business. On occasion, we do recognise that things go wrong and when it does, we want to put it right for you.


We have a complaints procedure in place so that anybody who wishes to seek help to get a matter resolved knows who to go to and the timeframes involved.

Please follow the below steps and we are fully confident that we will provide a fair and honest platform for you to express your concerns, and we will endeavour to resolve your complaint fully to your satisfaction.

1. In the first instance, complaints should be directed to the manager of the Department you are dealing with. Please call 020 7222 2500, and ask to speak to the Department Manager or email the manager concerned.

Please include an email address or telephone number in your email. You should expect an acknowledgement of your initial complaint within two business days.


2. If the complaint is about the department manager or you would like to escalate the complaint further, you may write to the appropriate Director:

You should expect an acknowledgement to your email within one business day. Please then allow up to 14 working days for a Director to provide you with a written resolution to your complaint.


3. MyLondonHome is a member of The Property Ombudsman. We fully expect your complaint to be resolved in-house, however, you are able to contact The Property Ombudsman by following the below link to download the Complaints Form and all the information about submitting the complaint.
