This agency thought it appropriate to enter a young woman's flat without her presence, permission or even knowledge! She finds out a week later via a letter that someone is coming round having taken unauthorised pictures of her personal belongings, to threaten her over some unpacked boxes?
She pays her rent on time every month and is compliant with all aspects of her tenancy.
We will be proceeding with legal action following a meeting with the agent tomorrow and will go to great lengths to make sure the public are aware of the illegal nature of this matter.
